It sure was hard to get up this morning.  I forced myself out of bed at 7:45 and it was difficult!  Even though I let myself sleep in 30mins, it was as if I was getting up just as early as usual.  I ran 4.15 miles, and it was at a 6:59 pace!  WAHOO.  This was great news.  This is the fastest I have ever run, and I have been pretty happy about it.  I also did about 10 minutes of strength training.  I was supposed to do 15-20 minutes, but my kids come first.  So I cut it short.  Overall I feel great today.  My knee is feeling a little better, and I am learning to love running in the morning more and more all the time.  I just can't wait for it to get easier to waking up early!
